Career Opportunities
Becoming A Prudential Radford Associate

All real estate training is not equal. When you begin your career at Prudential Radford & Associates, REALTORS, you will have the benefit of great classroom style training combined with outside activities, and internet training.

Our training is an intense six week training course that prepares you for immediate success. You will learn about developing a listing presentation, and writing a sales contract in addition to learning to promote yourself and prospect for business.

First - You Will Need a Real Estate License

All Real Estate Agents must be licensed. Just like insurance agents or stock brokers, real estate agents work under the supervision of a broker. Before you can begin your real estate career you must do your licensing homework.

The Virginia Real Estate Board has established licensing requirements that you can fulfill by taking the Principles of Real Estate Class as a more traditional semester class at night or during the day, or as a two week day course from 9am until 5pm or as a home study/internet course.

For Information about Real Estate Licensing Requirements:

After you complete your licensing class, then you must pass a national and state real estate exam. The Principles of Real Estate Class concentrates on developing your knowledge of state and national real estate regulations and the language of real estate. The course does not train you to practice real estate.

Once you have passed your national and state exams, you are ready to inquire more about beginning your training as a real estate agent within Prudential Radford & Associates, REALTORS.
